This policy is published by Eddie Cache LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Olympus and the KronosDesignCo shops. We make and sell digital design products (logo kits, templates and pixel-art assets) on marketplaces such as Etsy, Gumroad, itch.io and the Notion Marketplace. This page explains what information we handle and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Purchases

When you buy from us, you buy through a marketplace. The marketplace handles your payment and account, under its own privacy policy. We receive only what it shares with sellers to fulfil and support an order, and we use it only for that.

Messages and emails

If you write to us at olympus.inc.hq@gmail.com or through a marketplace, we use your message and contact details only to answer you and to fix any problem with our products. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details.

Our Pinterest app

We use a Pinterest app to publish pins of our own products to our own Pinterest business account and to read that account's pin analytics (such as impressions, saves and clicks), so we can see which designs interest people. The app:

• accesses only our own Pinterest account;
• does not access, collect or store information about other Pinterest users;
• does not post on anyone else's behalf;
• stores only our own pins' identifiers and their totals, kept as long as they are useful to us.

Pinterest's own use of data is covered by Pinterest's Privacy Policy.

Reviews

We read the reviews buyers leave on marketplaces in order to improve our products. We never publish a reviewer's name.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or trade personal information.
• Use marketplace buyer details for marketing.
• Use advertising trackers or cookies. This page sets none.

Security and retention

We keep what we hold in access-controlled systems and delete it once we no longer need it to support an order, answer a message or meet a legal duty.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing olympus.inc.hq@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If our use of information changes, we will update this page and its date.
